A pizza replacement with a base made of beef.
And a way to bury a bit of liver in it, if you want to

The Paleo Pizza

Carnivore Meatza Pizza Recipe

If you have been craving pizza, while staying doggedly on an evolutionarily compatible diet, this is your chance to sooth both voices. This carnivore meatza recipe is a beef base with the toppings you would put on any pizza. The liver is optional, and it is an extra rather than the point of the dish. It’s incredibly dense in an array of critical vitamins and minerals, bringing it all together into a highly bioavailable delicacy.

Except that for some, it’s not quite gourmet on the taste buds. So if you like the idea of total nutrition, but loathe the idea of liver, then this recipe masks the flavour almost entirely. Leave it out entirely and you still have a good dinner.

Mozzarella
Chorizo
Bacon

The best bit? You won’t eat this and end up pining after real pizza, because there won’t be any room left over. This recipe is incredibly filling, the ingredients actively energise you, fight against fat gain, and don’t weigh on your conscience as you lie in bed a few hours later. Do yourself a favour. Cut out the pizza, and bring in the meatza.

In any case, I hope you don’t see this as some niche designed to get you cosplaying in loincloths and hunting elk in the wilderness with makeshift spears. This is just a very practical way of revitalising a metabolism that’s buckling under the weight of inflammatory foods. The apex diet is, at its heart, a two-step solution.

Bring back the superfoods

Ditch the plants and seed oils, the harbingers of inflammation, insulin resistance, leaky gut, and the rest of the insidious set.
