These are the terms for using jointheruminati.com and for buying what I sell here. They are written in plain English on purpose. If you buy something, book coaching, or join the membership, you are agreeing to them.

Who you are dealing with

The Ruminati is operated by Sama Hoole. In-person coaching runs out of Total Fitness Wrexham, Stansty Road, Wrexham, LL11 2BU. For anything related to these terms, your order, or the site, email [email protected]. You will get me, not a support desk.

What I sell

  • Digital products: training programmes, diet plans, and books, delivered as instant downloads.
  • Apparel: printed t-shirts, shipped to you.
  • The Inner Ruminati: an annual site membership.
  • Coaching: one-to-one personal training in Wrexham and online coaching.

Orders and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order by card, PayPal, or the other methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; I never see or store your card details. If a pricing error is obvious (a £25 programme listed at £0.25, say), I can cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the mistake.

Digital products

Downloads are delivered to your email and account immediately after purchase. By buying, you agree to immediate delivery and you waive the 14-day cancellation right that would otherwise apply under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. If a file is broken, wrong, or not as described, email me within 14 days and I will make it right. The full policy is on the Returns & Refunds page.

Digital products are licensed to you personally. Train from them, cook from them, print them for your own use. Do not share, resell, republish, or upload them anywhere. If a copy of my programme is doing laps of a WhatsApp group, one of us has broken these terms, and it was not me.

Apparel

Shipping costs and estimated times are shown at checkout. Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery; faulty or wrong items are refunded in full including postage. Details are on the Returns & Refunds page.

The Inner Ruminati membership

Membership is one payment for one year. There is no auto-renewal and no card kept on file; when the year is up, it simply lapses unless you choose to renew. What membership includes is described on the membership page and may improve over time; I will not remove core benefits mid-term. Member downloads and member prices are for members, personally, and the licence terms above apply to everything in the member library.

Coaching and personal training

The first consultation is free. Session times, packages, and any rescheduling or cancellation arrangements are agreed directly between us when you book. Package sessions are for you and are not transferable. I coach honestly and I expect honest effort back; neither of us can guarantee a specific result, because results depend mostly on what you do between sessions.

Everything on this site, in my products, and in my letters is education and opinion, argued as well as I can argue it. It is not medical advice, and I am not your doctor. Nutrition and hard training both carry risk. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or have any doubt about whether a change of diet or training is sensible for you, talk to a doctor before you start. You are responsible for the decisions you make with your own body.

The free tools and your account

The calculators and tools on this site are free to use and their outputs are estimates, not prescriptions. If you create an account, keep your login to yourself and give me accurate details. Do not abuse the site: no scraping, no hammering the forms or endpoints, no attempting to access anyone else’s data, and nothing unlawful. I can suspend accounts that take the mick.

My content

The articles, recipes, images, product designs, and everything else on this site belong to me unless stated otherwise. Quote briefly with a link and credit; do not republish wholesale.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law says it cannot be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that: I am not liable for indirect losses, and for any claim connected to a product or service, my total liability is capped at what you paid me for it. The website itself is provided as available; I work hard to keep it fast and up, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its “last updated” date. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

The legal frame

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing in them reduces your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Your personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email [email protected] with your order number and what happened. I read everything and I will respond personally, normally within a few working days.
