This covers training programmes, diet plans, and ebooks. Because these are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final. By purchasing, you agree to immediate access and waive the 14-day cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
That said, if something is genuinely wrong (a broken download, the wrong file, or the product is not as described), email [email protected] within 14 days and I will make it right.
Apparel
Unworn, unwashed cotton items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. If an item arrives faulty or we sent the wrong one, you get a full refund including postage.
