A membership of this website. Not a coaching package, and not a subscription that renews behind your back. Thirty-nine pounds buys a year. When the year is up it stops, and you decide again.

What You Get

• Your numbers, kept. Bodyweight, lifts and targets follow you across every free tool, so the macro calculator and the strength test already know who you are.
• The members’ dashboard. My Numbers charts what you have logged: weight over time, every lift, and the twelve-week mission you are on.
• The weekly planner. Plan the week’s meals and keep it, instead of rewriting the same shopping list every Sunday.
• Member prices. Fifteen per cent off everything in the store, for as long as you are in.
• Two books, free. Annual members get The Ruminati Volume One and Bring Back the Dripping in their downloads on day one.
• The Rumination. A monthly letter that goes to members only. Written by me, not by a machine.

Why It Exists

The tools on this site are free and they stay free. The membership is what pays for them, which is why there is no advertising here and nothing is sold on to anybody. Founding rate locked for as long as you stay.
